got the CCCP 7" recently, good shit. excited to see them at bloodfest in august.

Yeah, I downloaded that 7" from the 'I Could Die Tomorrow' blog a while ago.  It's definitely good.

Jake's Tavern is hosting a Metal/Hardcore show on Thursday, August 19th for two touring bands (myspace.com/vicehc, Dissever.org) and Parker's band, The Temple (myspace.com/youarethetemple). We would all appreciate an additional local act to possibly headline the show.

All punk/metal/hardcore/grungy/progressive bands please apply.
